EHC Management, L.L.C., privately held Western company, provides management and consulting services to healthcare facilities that provide quality long-term care and specialty healthcare services.

The Evergreen companies operate 43 licensed skilled nursing facilities, and 4 assisted living facilities in California, Idaho, Montana, Nevada, Oregon, and Washington.
