Hillsboro Health and Rehabilitation Center provides a continuum of nursing home care that includes professional nursing care, rehabilitative therapy and support services to residents enabling them to maintain their independence.
We are a 78 bed Skilled Nursing Facility designed to meet both short- and long-term care needs, with one private room available for short-term care. We participate in Medicare/Medicaid programs and contract with several HMOs.
