We provide the continuum of care from hospital to home in a setting that is conducive to healing and recovery.

We are a 72 bed Skilled Nursing Facility designed to meet both short- and long-term care needs, with private rooms available for short-term care. We participate in Medicare/Medicaid programs and contract with several HMOs.

We offer a warm and friendly atmosphere provided by our caring staff to meet your needs. We look forward to answering your questions about your health care needs.
