Alaska Gardens Health and Rehabilitation Center provides a continuum of nursing home care that includes professional nursing care, rehabilitative therapy and support services to residents enabling them to maintain their independence.
We are a 123 bed Skilled Nursing Facility designed to meet both short and long-term care needs, including private suites with reading nooks for short-term care. We participate in Medicare/Medicaid programs and contract with several HMOs.

Our programs, services and care plans are developed and implemented in a manner that promotes a sense of dignity and well-being. We respect our residents' rights and welcome their input regarding their care at our nursing facility.

Our dedicated, professional and knowledgeable staff is here to meet the needs of each resident, encouraging recovery and independence. Programs are coordinated by the Medical Director and supervised by the Director of Nursing Services.
